At VitalSupplements.club, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to our fulfillment and shipping process from our international warehouse, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for delivered products unless the package is lost or never arrives.


No Returns Accepted

Please note:

  • All purchases are final once shipped.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect order placement, or dissatisfaction with the product.

  • Due to international shipping logistics, we cannot process physical returns or reshipments.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and is confirmed lost by the carrier:

  • We will issue a full refund or send a replacement, at our discretion.

  • Please contact us at support@vitalsupplements.club within 30 days of your order date to file a claim.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective item:

  • Please send us clear photos of the issue and your order number within 7 days of delivery to support@vitalsupplements.club.

  • We will assess the claim and issue a partial refund, replacement, or store credit based on the situation.


Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • It may take several business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Non-Refundable Items

  • All health and supplement products are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • Gift cards, downloadable content, or digital purchases are non-refundable.
